Every project is developed as a single system. Design, independent checking and validation run through the same technical process, from the coordinated model to the construction drawings.

Our method
Phase 1, design: geometric model of a four-storey reinforced concrete frame, 15.20 m high, 6.00 x 6.00 m grid, with a stair and lift core and a raft foundation. LOD 350, in lavorazione. Phase 2, check: the same frame as a finite element model, with meshed slabs and walls, 7.5 kN/m² load, horizontal forces increasing with height, 420 kN base shear, 18.6 mm maximum displacement and 0.82 utilisation ratio. Phase 3, validate: coordinated model with checked connections, technical review passed, drawing validated at revision C and status issued.

The information model is not a duplicate of the drawings: it is the reference from which drawings, quantities and checks are derived. The disciplines converge into a federated model and continue along a traceable information flow through to as-built.
